Hi there,
Went to your cafe last Sunday and was rather disappointed with the service.
Waitstaff didn't repeat order hence missed out on the fishcakes.
Waited till we were almost done with our fried rice, still not ready. No one seemed to check the status for our order since we were the first table there and it wasn't busy. When we queried, we had to ask twice (!) then it was ready 15 minutes later. The dish was below my expectations unfortunately.
This was my 3rd visit - memorable for the wrong reasons; I will still return soon since I really enjoyed the food during the first 2 visits. Unlucky 3rd time I guess.
Hopefully the service can be improved asap; as the other dishes I've tried are better than other Thai outlets. Thanks !

Thanks Audrey, for taking the time to leaves us feedback. It is a very unfortunate situation yet helpful for us to improve our service. Sorry you were unlucky this time around. We always try our best, even with just 1 cook in on Sunday. We don't compromise on freshness and the fishcakes are prepared fresh- not pre-prepared as most other places.
